Nice little cottage, cozily decorated, not exclusive. Centrally located on Mols. Two-story house. Upstairs, there are 2 rooms with 2 single beds in each. On the ground floor, there is a kitchen, a bathroom, and a living room. The sofa can be converted into a double bed. There are duvets and pillows for 6 people. Linen is not included in the rent; order if necessary when booking. The heat source is a heat pump and electricity. There are no TV channels. But there is Chromecast and Wi-Fi, so you can stream TV from apps on your phone. Allergy-friendly = no pets.

Here are all the opportunities to slow down and enjoy the peace in the forest. The house is for guests who do not expect a top modern house, but who appreciate a clean and nice house with charm, soul and personal decor. The house has a large kitchen, open connection to the living room, 3 bedrooms, bathroom and entrance. The house is not for youth groups.

Beautiful natural area. Close to lake and fire trail as well as Viby center and only 15-20 minutes walk to the city. Nice large garden, cozy bathroom with shower, washing machine, and regular flush toilet. New kitchen with dishwasher. Bedroom with a double bed and a large box foam mattress that can just lie on the floor next to it. In the living room, there is a single bed, with the same luxury foam box mattress that can be pulled out. Outdoor kitchen and indoor. Gas grill and air fryer, you pay cost price for electricity. The house has a very well-equipped kitchen and dining area with extra plates, so it can seat 10-12 people. The house and garden have plenty of toys for children aged 2-7 years, and are located on a lovely natural plot close to the water, close to Ebeltoft and close to Mols Bjerge. We expect you to take care of our house and leave it in the same condition as you find it. :) Final cleaning is offered for DKK 1,000.

The south-facing lovely beach is only a 2-minute walk from the house. The house is bright and nice. The approximately 90 m2 accommodates 6 people in 3 rooms. The kitchen is open to a cozy living room with sofa corners and a wood-burning stove.

It is an old house that is in covenant with nature, so don't be frightened if there is suddenly a wild animal on the terrace. Nostalgic old NAD system and lots of beautiful CDs 👍

Sommerhus ved Ebeltoft, på en stor naturskøn grund. 1km ned til Ebeltoft Vig, 3km til Boeslum strand og 3km ind til Ebeltoft centrum. Samt 8km til ReePark og 33km til Djurs sommerland. Plads til 4 personer. Huset er 50kvm2, med en stue, køkken, bad, værelse med køjeseng og værelse med 3/4 seng. Stor terrasse og have, med legetårn, legehus og gynger. INGEN TV, OVN, ELLER OPVASKEMASKINE! Wifi, varmepumpe, brændeovn, lille vaskemaskine, komfur, airfryer, mikroovn og gasgrill.

The house is located in Øer Maritime Ferieby which consists of a total of 7 islands with canals and harbors well located in the middle of a beautiful natural area close to forest and beach. Each island is named after a shellfish and built with wooden cluster houses in different colors with front gardens and terraces. All the houses are located next to water - either the harbor or the canal as our holiday home on the island of Krebsen.
