Linen is not included in the rent; order if necessary when booking. The heat source is a heat pump and electricity. There are no TV channels. But there is Chromecast and Wi-Fi, so you can stream TV from apps on your phone. Allergy-friendly = no pets.

From the living room, there is access to the wooden terrace, which is covered and faces south-west. To the east, there is a large tiled terrace with a large annex of 10 m2 and here is also a basin/pool. The pool is open from May to September. The large lawn is suitable for play and is surrounded by trees. There is a charger for electric cars.

All the houses are located next to water - either the harbor or the canal as our holiday home on the island of Krebsen.
