You don't often come across a place like this on Airbnb. The more than 130-year-old log cabin in the cultural heritage landscape of Suvanto takes its residents on a time travel to a 19th century village in the far north of Finland. The property is best suited for a friend of Lapland's nature, history and silence, who is not afraid of the dark in winter or mosquitoes in summer. Please note: there is no public transportation to the village, no toilet in the main building, nor a shower. There is a separate sauna building outside and a traditional outhouse behind the sauna.

The city center is 2 km away and reached within 4 minutes by car. The Santa Claus Village and the airport are both only a 12-minute car ride away.

Cozy cottage in Siika-Kämä, nice village between Ranua Zoo (40 min) and Rovaniemi City (45 min) in the middle of amazing Lappish countryside in private and safe area. Owners live near to the cottage and are more than happy to help you to have a memorable stay! A beautiful lake (only 20m), where you can enjoy both winter and summer. Activities in accommodation: Ice-fishing, snow-shoeing, snowmobilerides or rent it! You need to have a car to get here, it takes 45 minutes from Rovaniemi city.

Yläkerrassa makuuhuone Very nice view to river Ounas. Parking your car near cottage is possible. There are kitchen, living room, alcove, bathroom and sauna in downstairs of the cabin. Upstairs there is bedroom. Distance to Rovaniemi and Santa's village is about 50 kilometers so I recommend to rent a car. there is no public transportation

Mökistä löytyy juomavesi ja sähkö, sekä sähkölämmittimet. Puulämmitteinen sauna. Mökin keittiö ja ruokailutila on hyvin varusteltu. Erikseen sovittuna tarjoan aktiviteettejä: yksityinen 3h retki 90€/henkilö , Aamupala 15€/henkilö, Loimulohi nuotiolla 60€/henkilö. Majoitun itse pihapiirissä, ja olen tarvittaessa tavoitettavissa.

Villa Aihki is a cozy cottage in the quiet Orresoka area. Equipped with fiber broadband (100M), so the internet connection is also well suited for telecommuting. Illuminated ski slope and fitness trail 100 m, spa, restaurants, etc. Luosto services 2.2 – 2.5 km. Amethyst mine 7 km. Living room/kitchen, bedroom with double bed, second bedroom with 2 beds (access to this bedroom via the porch), loft with 1 bed (width 120 cm), sauna, bathroom/toilet, plus a separate toilet and covered terrace.

A cosy cottage in a beautiful area only a 30min drive from the city centre. You can set up a bonfire by the stream, listen to the magic sounds of the nature and watch the sky. This is one of the best places in town to see the Aurora Borealis.Now they are at their best and you can see them just looking out of the window inside the cottage!The cottage is right next to the river Ounasjoki.The cottage is only a short distance from the city center but you will be just like different world.

Charming cottage with all the amenities on a large plot. The distance to the center of Rovaniemi is only about 25 km. The distance to Santa Claus Village or the airport is also about 25 km. No public transport. The roads are well maintained even in winter. The cottage is easy to get to. If you wish, transportation can be arranged by Mercedes Benz Vito car for an additional fee.
