Even in winter, you can always go swimming. In the yard, you will find, for example, a gas grill and a charcoal grill, as well as a campfire place. Bed linen and towels are included in the price.

Owners live near to the cottage and are more than happy to help you to have a memorable stay! A beautiful lake (only 20m), where you can enjoy both winter and summer. Activities in accommodation: Ice-fishing, snow-shoeing, snowmobilerides or rent it! You need to have a car to get here, it takes 45 minutes from Rovaniemi city.

Comforts include a dishwasher, washing machine, drying cabinet, induction stove, Wi‑Fi, and municipal water. An EV charger is available. A rowing boat with a 6 hp motor is included, and a 150 hp boat can be rented with a separate agreement.

Расположение коттеджа уникально тем, что с одной стороны вы чувствуете полную свободу и уединение, с другой стороны мы всегда рядом и готовы помочь и пообщаться, если у вас будет желание. Наш участок и сад всегда открыты для наших гостей.

Charming cottage with all the amenities on a large plot. The distance to the center of Rovaniemi is only about 25 km. The distance to Santa Claus Village or the airport is also about 25 km. No public transport. The roads are well maintained even in winter. The cottage is easy to get to. If you wish, transportation can be arranged by Mercedes Benz Vito car for an additional fee. There is space for max 6 persons (bedroom, sofa bed and loft) in this with all amenities (toilet, shower, dishwasher, washing machine, drying cabinet, ventilation unit etc) furnished cottage. There is also available a separate wood-heated sauna (built 1980), a small rowing boat and a parking area with electricity for charging/heaters
