Owners live near to the cottage and are more than happy to help you to have a memorable stay! A beautiful lake (only 20m), where you can enjoy both winter and summer. Activities in accommodation: Ice-fishing, snow-shoeing, snowmobilerides or rent it! You need to have a car to get here, it takes 45 minutes from Rovaniemi city.

Мы живём за лесом в 200 метрах от коттеджа круглый год. Расположение коттеджа уникально тем, что с одной стороны вы чувствуете полную свободу и уединение, с другой стороны мы всегда рядом и готовы помочь и пообщаться, если у вас будет желание. Наш участок и сад всегда открыты для наших гостей.

No public transport. The roads are well maintained even in winter. The cottage is easy to get to. If you wish, transportation can be arranged by Mercedes Benz Vito car for an additional fee. NOTICE! We keep a 1 day “cleaning break” after each visit. A completely renovated and winterized cottage (64m2 + 25m2 terrace) nearby the sea. There is space for max 6 persons (bedroom, sofa bed and loft) in this with all amenities (toilet, shower, dishwasher, washing machine, drying cabinet, ventilation unit etc) furnished cottage. There is also available a separate wood-heated sauna (built 1980), a small rowing boat and a parking area with electricity for charging/heaters

Autotie menee perille asti. Polttopuut sisältyy vuokraan. Mökillä on hyvät 4G-yhteydet. Juokseva vesi mökkiin asti, paitsi talvella (1.11-15.4). Vierailla on käytössään soutuvene ja kahdet pelastusliivit. Kouvolan palvelut löytyvät 40 kilometrin päästä. Verlan Tehdasmuseo löytyy 10 km päästä.
