You can use the lunch/dinner area, bathroom (shower), the kitchen and in the summertime the garden. Also you can use the fridge and the freezer. A continental breakfast is included. You have to prepare the breakfast for yourself. Until 7pm you can cook for yourself but you could eat for dinner with us – then we ask you for a contribution of 4€ per dinner. The extendabel bed has a lying surface of 1,35 x 2 m. In the guestroom there is no TV. Towel and hairdryer are also included. If you come by car there is a possibility for parking in front of the house. Per day it costs 4€. In the case you want to book the parking place, please let me know in the request. In the near of the house there is a park with a small river where you could walk and go out. By the public traffic you can reach the city in 30 to 40 min. There are good connections. In any case, first you have to take the bus to the next train (S-Bahn/city train or U-Bahn/Underground). In Munich there are a lot of possibilities to spend your free time with cinema, theatre, culture and so on. After your check-in you get a lot further information. Also you could make a lot of trips to the mountains or beautiful lakes by train. In the case you intend to stay longer than your reservation, it is only possible via airbnb!

Our balcony room with private shower/toilet has a size of 27 square meters. The sleeping-living room is one room. It is located on the second floor with magnificent mountain views. In our separate farmhouse parlor you can enjoy your breakfast (photo dining area) - does not belong to the apartment! But it's in the same house. Of course, the apartment is lockable. You will stay in an old hostel house in Haidhausen. In the immediate vicinity there are many bars, cafes and nice little shops. House and garden are an oasis of tranquility. Tram, U-Bahn and S-Bahn are less than a 5-minute walk away and you can walk comfortably to Marienplatz in 15 minutes. The room is located on the second floor and has its own toilet and sink. We share the bathroom with tub and shower. For family & friends there is a second room. PLEASE SAY HI TO THE NEIGHBORS!

The GREEN ROOM with balcony and mountain view is one of 4 double rooms with bathroom, which are located on the 2nd floor of the Auerberghaus. Included in the price is a rich breakfast. There is a lounge and a shared kitchen with a huge covered balcony. The house surrounds a beautiful garden with a small pond, which is available to guests by arrangement for quiet use. Dogs only by prior arrangement. In addition, there is an apartment for 6 - 8 people on the top floor.

Vacation home "Platzhirsch"

Klais liegt auf ca. 940 mtr über NN. Im Jahr 2015 und in 2022 fand hier der G7 / Gipfel, u.a. mit Barak Obama, statt. Ein Ort um Sommer, sowie auch den Winter zu verbringen. Wandern, Mountain Bike fahren, Motorrad Touren, sowie im Winter Langlauf und natürlich auch klassich Ski fahren ist möglich in und um Klais. Garmisch-Partenkirchen, Mittenwald und Seefeld erreicht man zw. 10 und 20 Minuten. Alle Bus - und Bahnfahrten sind kostenfrei mit der Gästekarte.

Wir betreiben seit Jahren erfolgreich unser Bed & Breakfast Apartment mit 2 Doppelzimmern, die sich ein gemeinsames Bad und das Frühstückszimmer teilen. Zum angegebenen Preis stellen wir Ihnen ein Doppelzimmer zur Verfügung, das zweite Zimmer ist verschlossen. Alternativ können Sie gegen Aufpreis auch beide Zimmer für jeweils eine Person pro Zimmer oder für 3 - 4 Personen buchen. Die Mehrkosten in Höhe von 108 € können in bar bei Ankunft bezahlt werden.

The house is located on a quiet and central one-way street, approx. 5 minutes' walk from the train station and Zugspitzbahnhof. The two centers of Garmisch-Partenkirchen are within 10 minutes' walk as well as Irish Pub, Sausalitos, ice cream parlor, Greek, Vietnamese, Italian and Bavarian restaurants. Mountain views are guaranteed.

Our charming, traditional and family-run guest house is within walking distance of the train station, Zugspitz train station, ice stadium and the pedestrian zone of Garmisch. The apartment has a double and a single bed with a small kitchenette, minibar, TV, WiFi, private bathroom/shower/toilet and a balcony. (2nd floor) Unfortunately, we will no longer offer breakfast starting in 2025.

I have a typical Airbnb lodging, you will stay together with me in my house. Your private rooms and your bathroom are in the attic story of an old farmhouse. Breakfast is included. The village Issing is located in the beautiful area Lechrain, a 10 minute car drive away from Landsberg or the Ammersee. It is just an 1 hour drive to Munich or to the Alps. I have a very friendly dog.
