Between the village square and the stream

This is our large first-floor apartment. Converted from the former village store with over 3 m room height and plenty of space for everyone - not only in the large central living room, but also with enough retreat space in the lounge and the four bedrooms. Light from all sides, two modern bathrooms, terrace directly on the stream with a view of the Zugspitze, garden, nice old and new details - what more could you want? And now even the village square is newly renovated.

This lovingly renovated old-building apartment offers an unforgettable, unobstructed mountain view from its south-facing balcony—with the Alpspitze, Waxensteine, and Zugspitze right before your eyes. Hiking trails, bike routes, and ski resorts start right at your doorstep, and Lake Eibsee can be reached in 5 minutes. Bus stop approximately 200 metres away. In case of bad weather: large smart TV with Netflix and high-speed Wi-Fi. I'm sure you'll love my home country.
