Holiday apartment close to the mountains with a balcony

The 65 m² holiday apartment (1st floor) offers a bright living area with a balcony, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and microwave, as well as a double bed (180×200 cm) and a bunk bed. Bathroom with shower/WC, towels, and a hairdryer. Mountain view, 2 flat-screen TVs, Wi-Fi, and informational materials and books are available. Pets and smoking are not permitted. Not suitable for small children, as there are no child facilities or safety measures available.

A view that can be seen on the beautiful Alpsee. Immenstadt is about 2 km away and offers shopping as well as cafes and restaurants in its historic old town with Marienplatz . A footpath connects the two places. Bühl with its many leisure attractions is a few minutes away on foot. Summer and winter are offered many sports activities: sailing, skiing (lifts easily accessible by car) cross-country skiing, water skiing, hiking, summer toboggan run and much more.

Mountain hut by the Bergbach in the Allgäu

In Alleinlage die Natur und Hüttenabende geniessen. Die Hütte liegt auf einer kleinen Waldlichtung. Der Ort mit seinen Geschäften ist nur 10 min entfernt und doch ist man ganz für sich. Sie ist optimal für 4 Personen, wobei 6 Personen möglich sind - dann wird es allerdings kuschelig. Über der Wiese befindet sich ein Speichersee, in welchem das Baden offiziell verboten ist (Haftungsgründe), in dem aber alle baden können. (somit auf eigene Gefahr).
