The property is a floating fibreglass sailboat with light-coloured solid wood interior furnishings, featuring a very bright living/kitchen area of approximately 12 square metres during the day and comfortable at night thanks to recessed spotlights with warm lighting on the deck. There are two double rooms, one on the right side and one on the left side, each equipped with a wardrobe and recessed courtesy lights that can be switched off from the bed, as well as a full bathroom with a toilet with an electric macerating system and a shower with hot water.
