The house is located in a quiet area, just a 15-minute drive from Arzachena, and enjoys a garden ideal for your relaxing moments, just a few kilometers from the sea. The room, which features a queen-size bed and a twin bed, includes linens (sheets, towels), a TV, air conditioning, and a private bathroom with a shower and a hairdryer. The kitchen is for exclusive use. Upon request, a second double bedroom with a private bathroom can be made available, for a total of 5 beds.

The Italia room is located on the second floor (no elevator) is large spacious with a double bed and two single beds. Suitable for families, it accommodates up to 4 people. It has a private bathroom, but it is not located inside the room, in fact you have to cross the common room to access it. It has a small balcony overlooking Via XX Settembre, one of the main pedestrian streets on the island. Independent air conditioning (hot/cold) and 40" LCD TV.
