The bedroom has its own exit to a small private outdoor area. The bathroom has a shower, toilet, sink, and washing machine. All floors are made of industrial concrete and have water-based heating.

In summer there is a pump track for bicycles. In July and August you can also take the chairlift to the mountains and enjoy fantastic hiking opportunities on Vikafjellet.
