Quiet place and suitable for resting, but if you want nightlife and a gourmet itinerary, the house is also close (+- 20 km) to the most popular beaches in the state (Guarapari, Praia da Costa, Curva da Jurema and Camburi). It has a well-equipped gourmet area with a barbecue and swimming pool, as well as a spacious grassy backyard with hammocks for relaxation.
