Proximité de la Forêt de Loches avec de nombreux itinéraires de randonnée équestre, pédestre et vélos. Lac de Chemillé et sa plage surveillée par un maître nageur. Piscine municipale de Genillé ouverte en été (5km). Montrésor plus beau village de France, Zoo de Beauval (à 20 mn en voiture), châteaux de Loches à 10 km, Amboise et Chenonceaux à 25mn.

Old water mill, built in 1850. Many of the original features of the mill have been left & been used to create a place of charm & character. Situated on a twelve acre lake, within a listed & protected zone by Natura 2000. You can eat your breakfast on the terrace next to the lake, in a very beautiful & tranquil setting. The only noise here comes from the birds, wildlife & the sheep in the surrounding fields. Owner lives on site in adjacent farm house. Many local bars & excellent restaurants.
