Dear guests, A warm welcome to my summer retreat! You will stay at my newly remodeled, quiet summerhouse built in 1925, located in a lush, private garden with aged trees. The house is close to public transport, and Schoenbrunn Palace. I live in the neighboring main house. The house is fit for 2 guests. The house has a small kitchen and bathroom. Thank you for not smoking. Laundry service upon request for an extra fee. Please, allow 24 hours. The house is unheated and does not have AC.

Sie wohnen in einer sehr ruhigen Lage in einem sehr gemütlichen und sauberen Zimmer. Sie wohnen alleine. Sie können am Abend gemütlich im Freien sitzen .Ventilator im Zimmer. Im Garten befindet sich ein kleines Haus wo Sie sich Essen kochen oder wärmen können. Mikro, Kochplatte und Geschirr ist vorhanden. In nur wenigen Schritten erreichen Sie die Bahn ( S60 ) , mit der Sie in 12 Minuten am Wiener Hauptbahnhof sind. Es gibt auch vor der Tür eine Busstation nach Schwechat, gratis Fahrrad

The villa is wonderfully centrally located—just a 3-minute walk from Schönbrunn Palace, one of Vienna's most beautiful historic sites. Right on the doorstep, just 2 minutes away, you can reach public transport that will take you quickly and comfortably to every corner of the city. There are 4 rooms in the villa. Downstairs, there is a common room, a shared kitchen, a shared bathroom, and a shared toilet that you and the guests in the 3 other adjacent rooms can use.

Dieses winzige Haus ist etwas ganz Besonderes! Gemütlich und gastfreundlich liegt es in einer Seitengasse im Zentrum von Klosterneuburg - umgeben von romantischen Häusern aus dem Mittelalter. Direkt an der Bahn gelegen ist es der ideale Start für Erkundungstouren nach Wien oder auch in den Wiener Wald. Busse und Zug sind nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt, aber auch Radfahrer haben nur wenige Meter zu den Radrouten an der Donau. Alles da - nur du fehlst noch!

The house is situated in a beautiful villa district above Vienna. The bus is a 5-minute walk, the tram to the city center is 10 minutes down the hill. There is an excellent restaurant in walking distance and an ice cream parlor in summer. Also a large outdoor swimming pool, the Schafbergbad. It is an ideal way to visit a city - a house completely in the countryside and yet in the city. Good running routes nearby that start right in front of the house.

We are located next to Linzertiergarten so it quit. You can go hiking to Linzertiergarten. The bus stop is in front of our property. One of the safest place you can find in Vienna is Kalksburg so guest what we are located there. The parking is free from 6 pm till 8 am in the morning every day, Saturday from 12 midday it is free. Sunday whole day is free on the street in front of our House. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay.

Unsere Räumlichkeiten sind sehr zentral gelegen. Man kann den Flughafen auch sehr schnell durch die U-Bahn Linien erreichen. Wir bieten keine Hostel-Schlafsäle und unsere Räumlichkeiten sind privat mit eigenem elektronischen Schloss-System ausgestattet. Es sind mehrere geteilten WCs und Badezimmer zu haben. Durch das self Check-in System können Sie ins Zimmer ohne persönliche Hilfe hineingehen und fühlen sich bis zum Check-out Zeit wie zu Hause.

Nice clean room with hot shower and toilet. For private use. In the garden there is a garden shed that is a summer kitchen. Fully equipped. Garden / courtyard can be used. In summer, it is very nice to spend the evening outside. Only 3 minutes to the train station and only 3 stops to Vienna Central Station. A bus station to Schwechat in front of the house. Feel reborn when staying in this rustic gem. The completely newly renovated small house is just right if you are looking for a suitable place to stay in a quiet area very close to the airport. I lovingly completely renovated the house so that my guests feel comfortable in the house. You have your own entrance and can use everything that is available there. In case something is missing, I live in the next house and can always help.
