Here you live only about 20 metres from the sea in idyllic Røssesundet on Tjøme, surrounded by cliffs, salt water and a real summer atmosphere. The property has a large, sunny lawn that invites you to play, relax, and enjoy long summer days. You have your own swimming area with a diving board and a private jetty, as well as a Zodiac Medline 580 with a 115 hp Evinrude.

The interior is simple and harmonious with fine colours and authentic materials that create a warm and intimate atmosphere. Invites peace and quiet. No TV. There are great opportunities for outdoor activities both summer and winter; swimming, boating, hiking trails, top tours and skiing/downhill skiing at Gautefall ski resort. Bed linen, towels, firewood and laundry are included in the price!

The cabin is located by Tinnsjøen lake with parking right beside it. It is 6 kilometers from Mæl ferry rental in the direction of Atrå. It is 17 kilometres to Rjukan, 25 kilometres to Gaustatoppen mountain and beautiful mountain areas. Beautiful views, plenty of sun. There is no running water in the cabin, but water tap just outside. Free wood for the wood stove. When there's frost and freezing temperatures, there's no water in the tap outside. Water must be collected from the host. Rowing boat is available for free. Cosy cabin with a great view. 200 meters to the nearest beach and 800 meters to a big public beach. Sun from 8 am to 10 pm in the summer. Large terrace on three levels. Kitchen holds a modern standard. Main cabin holds to bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with a single bed), living room, dining area (with a kitchen sofa that can be made in to a double bed) and kitchen. Second cabin is the bathroom and third cabin is a bedroom. Note: The third cabin is without electricity.
