The property has a large, sunny lawn that invites you to play, relax, and enjoy long summer days. You have your own swimming area with a diving board and a private jetty, as well as a Zodiac Medline 580 with a 115 hp Evinrude.

There are great opportunities for outdoor activities both summer and winter; swimming, boating, hiking trails, top tours and skiing/downhill skiing at Gautefall ski resort. Vår 30m2 Lyngebu-hytte ligger på Ånudsbuoddane hyttefelt,ved innsjøen Nisser i hjertet av Telemark (5 min til Treungen sentrum med flere butikker, 15 min til Gautefall skisenter, gangavstand til vann, fjellstier). Vi tilbyr også robåt, så området kan utforskes fra vannet. Her får du den beste utsikten over innsjø og fjell med all komfort for å nyte oppholdet! Nice cabin in scenic surroundings. The cabin has unspoiled outdoor spaces, great views and parking right outside the door. Electric car charger in the garage. The cabin has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, plus an extra shower in the laundry room. Groomed ski slopes below the cabin. Large alpine resort and water park are about 15 minutes drive away. Electricity and wood are included in the price. You are most welcome!
