La Viola Vacation Home The vacation home is the original guest house of Villa La Viola. The vacation home is located on the village meadow Wijk aan Zee and is within walking distance (10 minutes) of the beach and the sea. The house is suitable for two people as standard, can be expanded to a maximum of 4 people for an additional fee, and consists of a living room combined with kitchen, separate toilet and a separate bathroom and 4 sleeping places on the floor. The house has its own parking facilities.

It is a quiet spot behind the dunes in the village of Wijk aan Zee, on walking distance (10 min.) from the widest beach of Holland. The apartment has all facilities and there is also a nice terrace with a wide view over the village. The apartment has a private entrance and features a small kitchen, a lovely bathroom and a great bed. You also have a private parking place and there are two bicycles available. Enjoy!

This beautiful family ship is fully equipped. There is a fully equipped kitchen, internet and toilet. There are 8 beds spread over a captain’s cabin, a room in the front and a fixed bunk bed next to the aisle. Showers are possible in the shower complex in the harbor, where 16 showers are available for you. You can also sail to Amsterdam and stay there for the night for example, or sail on the IJsselmeer or North Sea. We would like to tell you what is possible with our beautiful boat.

Beach house by the sea! This beautifully located cottage is on the first row on the IJmuider beach. The view is phenomenal. The sea is within walking distance. There are also several beach pavilions nearby. There is a free parking space only for beach residents. Toilet and shower rooms are within 1 minute walking distance. Behind the cottages is a beautiful nature reserve with plenty of hiking trails. This cottage is perfect for an ideal beach vacation!

KODA Loft Extended

The compact yet spacious 45,8 m2 Koda Loft Extended includes an open-space living room, separate bedroom, two mezzanines for sleeping, a shower room with toilet, a kitchen and a wooden terrace on both ends. The mineral wool insulation makes sure you are never too cold or too hot. The Loft Extended can accommodate up to 6 people. There is one bedroom on the ground floor with a double bed and two mezzanines with one double bed and two single beds.

Summer house on the Dutch coast

The summer house is located on a campsite in a dune pan in IJmuiden within walking distance of the beach. The dune pan provides a pleasant shelter against the sea wind. Amsterdam is also easily accessible by car (40 m) or public transport (55 m). A maximum of 4 adults and 2 small children can stay. The cottage is fully equipped, such as a BBQ, garden furniture and a fully equipped kitchen. The interior gives a Caribbean feeling.
