The central location of the property also allows you to reach all the main services in a few steps, including swimming pool, grocery stores, ski rental, wellness center, weight room, restaurants, etc. Included in the rent is a parking space and ski storage. In front of the condominium is the bus stop for Cervinia and the ski bus for the ski lifts (about 1 km)

Inside there is a nice living room with a kitchen room and bathroom, but it is enough to climb the stairs, strictly made of wood, to find the bedrooms and the second bathroom.
