Es un excelente punto de partida para visitar la ciudad. Estamos ubicados en el límite urbano-rural, a 12 minutos del centro de la ciudad ,en vehículo. La locomoción está a 600 metros aproximado, por lo que recomendamos venir en auto. La cabaña está equipada con las comodidades de una vivienda moderna y cuenta con calefacción de combustión lenta. A bright 27m2 cabin located in the courtyard of my home on Isla Teja. It has independent access. The neighborhood is residential and quiet, with a supermarket and restaurant area nearby. It is a 10-minute walk from Saval, a 10-minute walk from Uach and 20 minutes from downtown Valdivia. The bus to the coast (Niebla) passes 5 blocks away. Tourist accommodation: it is not rented monthly at any time of the year.
