Having just undergone a complete remodel involving everything in the house it is ready to host you in comfort, in style, and in privacy. The apartment is equipped with everything needed for a long stay as well and with High speed internet. College of diving, captain Morgan's and paradise divers are across the street.

All the restaurants, bars and party spots are very close, you will not need a taxi or moto or car from this place. The apartment is in the MANURII Garden on the ground floor. A lush garden is around the apartment. Our cozy fire pit is just one step away. Our garden is full with fruits and flowers. We have a coffee machine at our bar which is available from 7am-10am free of charge. There are plenty of bars in Utila. Our bar is more a Meeting point and not with a bar tender all the time. But you have your own fridge at the Apartment.
