Unser Chalet Obenland liegt auf dem Sonnberg über dem Ort Bramberg am Wildkogel in den Kitzbüheler Alpen. Sobald wir aus dem Fenster schauen, fühlen wir uns mit der Natur verbunden. Über viele Jahre haben wir uns in diesem Stück Paradies immer wieder neu verliebt: beim Skifahren, Wandern, Mountainbiken, Paragliding, Smaragde-Schürfen, an den größten Wasserfällen Europas in Krimml... Wildkogel-Arena ca. 5 Min, Ski-Gebiet Kitzbühel ca. 15 Min. Gerlos-Königsleiten, Zell am See/Kaprun ca. 25 Min.

Our apartment Glücksblick invites you to linger and feel good. Vacation in the middle of the mountains overlooking Itter Castle. Surrounded by nature and yet only a few minutes by car to the entrance to the Wilder Kaiser Brixental / Kitzbühler Alps / Ellmi's Magic World ski resort and much more, perfect for the whole family. Genießen Sie schöne Tage im Kaiserhaus mit Garten- wunderbarem Blick auf die Berge. Ein 200 Jahre altes Holzhaus wurde hier in der Nähe abgetragen und neben meinen Haus wieder aufgebaut Das neue (alte) Holzhaus wurde sehr ökologisch und auf neuesten Stand wieder hergerichtet Dieses Studio wurde fast nur mit alten & neuen Holz ausgekleidet - man sieht noch die alte Handwerkskunst Dennoch ist auch das Moderne wie Beamer, Alexa Sprachsteuerung eingebaut Parkplätze stehen zur Verfügung.

The Sonnberg apartment offers a cozy vacation atmosphere at over 1100 meters above sea level. The underfloor heating, as well as the predominantly wooden furnishings, ensure a special feel-good factor. Whether in summer the evening ends with a glass of wine in front of the hut or in winter with a crackling wood-burning stove fire, in any case the accommodation invites you to relax. It offers spectacular views of the surrounding mountains and occasionally down to the clouds.

The next ski resort is just a 20-minute drive away and within 40-45 minutes you can reach world-class resorts such as Soelden or St Anton.
