Large garden with trampoline, handball goal and volleyball net. There are 2 cats in the house that the tenant provides food/water to. They go in and out on their own. They love people! Parties are not allowed.

And it is peacefully located only 10 meters from an idyllic pond in Tønsberg. A private bathing jetty only 10 meters from the bed and terrace with jacuzzi that can be enjoyed all year round! Almost half of the cabin can be opened so you get nature all the way in, but just as spectacularly the view comes through windows from floor to ceiling seen from the bed.

Leiligheten har fullt utstyrt kjøkken og stor takterrasse med nydelig sjøutsikt «Master bedroom» med stor dobbeltseng, samt ett mindre soverom også med dobbeltseng. TV-stuen har en stor og god sovesofa som lett kan gjøres om til (et tredje) soverom. Dobbeldusj på badet og vaskemaskin.

Slapp av sammen med hele familien på dette fredelige stedet. Samtidig som det ligger i et rolig nabolag, er det også i umiddelbar nærhet til skog, butikker, havet og buss. Lekeplass som nærmeste nabo. Stor hage, og hyggelig terrasse. En pusekatt bor her. Fint om hun ikke må flytte selvom dere kommer. Hun har katteluke og klarer seg selv. Gi lyd om pusen ikke er ønsket, så finner vi en løsning. Huset er bygget i 1950 og standarden er enkel men komfortabel. Det jobbes stadig med vedlikehold.

Gangavstand til butikk og strand, 12 min i bil til Tønsberg. Inkludert god kollektiv transport

Huset ligger 40 meter fra havet og har en fantastisk utsikt over til Vestfold. Her kan du nyte både spabad, grilling med gassgrill, overbygd sittegruppe og noen fantastiske solnedganger. Det er ca 2 min gange ned til stranden hvor du kan bade, stupe og hoppe fra brygge, eller kose deg på en lang og flott sandbank som ungene elsker. Inne er det meste av fasiliteter, og utsikten over fjorden er like god fra sofaen. Huset ligger nest nederst i en blindvei.
