A glass of wine in the evening, a coffee before the start of the day is always possible for you. If you book a breakfast, you can enjoy it here in your own kingdom. You can relax in the natural light bathroom with shower, overlooking the sky and the canopy.

Diese sehr modern und hochwertig ausgestattete Gästewohnung liegt im Zentrum des OT Dietzhausen der Stadt Suhl mit Stellplatz am Grundstück. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und sind fußläufig erreichbar. Der Haseltalradweg führt direkt am Grundstück vorbei. Das Freibad ist ca. 300m entfernt. Die Ski- und Wandergebiete im Thüringer Wald (Oberhof mit internationalen Wettkampfstätten, Downhill mit Lift und Schmiedefeld) sind mit dem PKW in 20- 30 min. und auch mit öffentl. Verkehrsmitteln gut erreichbar.

Die Wohnung ist zentral gelegen im Kurort Gersfeld. Restaurants, Cafes , Supermärkte etc. sind fußläufig in unter 10 Min erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist eine eigenständige Unterkunft im Anbau unseres Haupthauses (mit seperaten Eingang). Du hast also deine Ruhe aber bei Fragen sind wir nah. Ausgestattet mit Wohnküche, gemütlichen Schlafzimmer & Bad gibt es alles was man im Urlaub braucht. Die Wohnküche ist eine Etage über dem Schlafzimmer und nur über eine Treppe zu erreichen. Unsere schöne Ferienwohnung in der denkmalgeschützten „Alten Mühle“ liegt im Malerdorf Kleinsassen inmitten des Biosphärenreservates Rhön, direkt am Fusse der Milseburg. Sie bietet einen idealen Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen und Ausflüge ins nahe gelegene Fulda und die Rhön, und im Sommer Mitbenutzung des schönen Gartens samt Pool. Die Wohnung ist ruhig gelegen und verfügt über einen separaten Eingang. Die Kunststation Kleinsassen bietet Kulturinteressierten ein tolles Programm samt Cafe.

Apartment in the middle of the old town

My apartment of about 35 m² is in the middle of the old town on the first floor in a courtyard, so it is usually very quiet in the evening. Close to art and culture, restaurants and shopping. We are in the pedestrian zone, so there is no parking directly at the house, but the parking garage at Domplatz is only about 300 meters away on foot. Please understand that smoking is prohibited in the apartment. In the backyard there is a small garden where you can enjoy it in the fresh air.

Die helle und gemütliche Wohnung befindet sich in einem großen Garten im Ortsteil Taubach, idyllisch an der Ilm gelegen, 5 km vom Stadtzentrum in Weimar entfernt. Über einen separaten Eingang erreicht man die Wohn-Küche, einen großen Wohn-/ Schlafraum sowie das Bad. Eine Schiebetür kann zur Wohnküche geschlossen werden. Der Garten kann vollständig genutzt werden, verschiedene Sitzplätze laden zum Entspannen ein. Nach Weimar gibt es zwei schöne Radwege.

The apartment consists of 2 cozy rooms and a small shower room. In the fully equipped kitchen you will find everything you need. For our guests, we have set up a public bookcase that you can use as an exchange.
