The bright and friendly apartment is well-equipped and heated with renewable energy. You can go directly into the beautiful garden. It is good for business travelers and globetrotters in need of relaxation, vacation guests and small families (1 child). Everything you need is within walking distance of 5 to 10 minutes from here: - Public transport - City center with shopping and restaurants - Beautiful nature with forest, river and playgrounds I would be happy to give advice on excursions and cultural activities.

Two-story cozy apartment with small kitchen and romantic fireplace. The whole apartment is open and can be heated by you via the fireplace in the cold months. The apartment has a separate entrance and is connected to our single-family home via the conservatory. Conservatory and terrace with outdoor fireplace for shared use. Shopping and public transport are within walking distance. A washing machine is available on request for shared use,

The bright, exclusive and modernly furnished apartments have a living space of approx. 90m² and are located in a central and quiet villa district. With a kitchen-living room, two bedrooms, a comfortable bathroom with shower and bathtub, a separate toilet, and a balcony, the apartments are comfortably laid out. You are also welcome to inquire about long-term rentals.

Willkommen im kleinen, feinen Studio mit Blick auf den See und in den wildromantischen Garten, wenige Schritte vom Bodenseeufer mit seinen einladenden Badeplätzen liegend. Im gleichen Haus befindet sich ein Blumenladen mit Café, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Strandbad, Bahnhof und Hafen sind in ein paar Gehminuten zu erreichen und der Seeradweg führt am Haus vorbei. Um die traumhafte Gegend zu erkunden stehen zwei Fahrräder zur Verfügung.
