We have a separate dining area, gas fire, and entertainment for the children including board games and xbox/dvds. The kitchen includes large toaster, coffee machine, panini maker, sauces. We have a fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher, electric oven, fridge with small freezer, kettle, microwave. Tea and coffee are provided. Smart 40 inch TV in lounge with comfortable sofa/sofa bed if required. Bedroom has a kingsize ziplink bed which can be made into 2 singles if required.
