Approximately 9.5 tsubo (including the balcony), with a simple and uncluttered layout, ideal for couples or groups of friends for a leisurely 2–4-day stay; also perfect for solo travellers looking to slow down. The room features a balcony for ventilation and clothes drying, a stand-alone washing machine, and a separate wet and dry bathroom (no bathtub). The layout is clear, and storage is well-organized. In the morning, I open the curtains to let the light in, and after my walk, I wash my clothes and hang them out on the balcony. In the evening, I curl up to watch TV, read a book, and unwind—it's also nice not to be rushing around. Perfect for two people, even more relaxing for one person; it's also great for international travellers who want to explore the Old Town at their own pace and spend a few days living like a local.
