Child-friendly holiday home + guest house in Spersboda on a private forest plot of 6000 sqm with outstanding lake views. The house is about 90 sqm: living room with fireplace, fully-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, convection oven, fridge and freezer, water toilet/shower/bath. Guest house: water/sewage, microwave, fridge/freezer, 1 double bed, crib. Trampoline, zip line, cottage, hammock, racquetball, 8-10 bicycles on the grounds & great sandy beach etc. nearby. Swim spa of 2x4 meters built-in jet stream for swimming training (closed in winter). Boat is included.

Cabin 10 meters from the sea at Stockholm inlet

A home in a fantastic location by the sea only 10 meters from the water. With a view over the Stockholm inlet you will see boats and ships pass outside the house that has a terrace towards the sea. The cottage is only 12 km from the center of Stockholm and is secluded from the main building where we ourselves live. Nature reserves for walks and running are a stone's throw from the cottage. The wood-fired hot tub that is on our dock can be rented for an evening. Currently under repair. Available from May 20.

Get here in just 35 minutes by bus from Stockholm (Slussen) and a 5 minute walk from the bus stop. Unpack and head out to discover forests with hiking trails and sweet water lakes just minutes from the house. Or enjoy our free SUP boards. Take boat trips and discover islands further out, easy to get to the harbour by bus. Golf courses 3 km away.

House only 20 minutes from Stockholm City. The view and surroundings are spectacular. It is a natural lake reserve with beautiful forrest where you will walk alone and just hear the birds. From both the room and the sauna you have the lake just outside the window and there is such a feeling of tranquility. The house fits 2people. Extra guests will get new black house next door. Possible with up to 7 people. 2 guests in the RED lakehouse and 5 people in the new BLACK house 20 meters from lake.

Enjoy 50 m2 houseboat with it’s own sauna and panoramic views of the water. Swim directly from the bedroom. You will have a memorable experience because of the views, the beautiful location, the garden, and the jetty with it’s sundeck. Our boat is suitable for couples who like to surprise or celebrate their partner, adventurers who want to get close to the nature and to still be near Stockholm. A canoe is avalible in summertime. We also offer an add-on spa & wood-heated sauna in eveningtime.

Suitable for couples or the small family to enjoy a relaxing stay at the port of Stockholm, with nature at your doorstep. Private sitting area outside cottage, with fully equipped outdoor kitchen, barbecue possibilities and view over the ocean.

Charming house (separate house with own entrance) with ocean view in the beatiful area, Saltsjö-Duvnäs, only 20 minutes from the Stockholm City centre with the local bus. The guesthouse has a romantic setting and decorated in country style. One bedroom with double bed and kitchen with an extra bed. Dinnertable with room for 4 persons. Downstairs is a bathroom. Suitable for a small family with 1-2 kids. We have 2 kayaks to lend for free and it is possible to rent a small motor boat.
