Eigenständiger Check-In durch eine Schlüsselbox (Code bei Anreise Tag) Netflix und DAZN vorhanden. Die Unterkunft hat sehr schwache Internetverbindung deswegen ist nicht für Homeoffice geeignet . Die Wohnung ist mit einer kleinen Küchen ausgestattet .Zudem wurde das Bad kürzlich renoviert und verfügt über eine Dusche, ein Waschbecken und ein WC . Bettwäsche, Dusch , Handtuch sind vorhanden.

Make some memories at this unique and family-friendly place. In the middle of a historic farm complex surrounded by vegetable farmers and yet in the middle of the city triangle of Nuremberg, Fürth, Erlangen, you can experience the metropolitan region directly. Two bus stops and parking spaces are right outside the door. Numerous cycling and hiking trails open up the surroundings. The house is a renovated monument with old beams and sometimes a little creaking wooden floor on the upper floor.

The granny apartment is located in the middle of beautiful Reichelsdorf (S-Bahn [suburban train] stop within walking distance, then in 10 minutes in the city center). If you travel by car, there is a private XXL parking space available. The hostess lives in the same house and is very happy to provide her listed apartment. This is modernly decorated and offers a high level of living comfort.

Fairgrounds/city center can be reached both by car and public transport in less than 20 minutes. Right next door: butcher/inn, bakery, pizzeria, bank, pharmacy, Aldi, stationery/lottery.

The spacious, light-flooded 4-room 100 sqm apartment with a large balcony offers everything for a comfortable stay. Two parking spaces are available right in front of the entrance. All rooms are bright and modernly furnished. The whole apartment is very bright, quiet and is great for relaxing or working. The bright and friendly bathroom with shower is equipped with towels, shower bath and hair dryer. In addition, there is another separate toilet.

The quiet, bright, newly renovated 3-room apartment (75 m²) with fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and separate toilet is located in the idyllic village of Loch. Nearby there are leisure activities such as the "Playmobil Fun Park" 4 km away and the "Kristall Palm Beach" leisure pool 3 km away. There is also an S-Bahn connection to Nuremberg about 2 km away. By car, you can reach 30 minutes to downtown Nuremberg or to the Nuremberg Exhibition Center.

You live in a very quiet location on the southern outskirt of Nuremberg. By public transport (bus / subway) you can get to the main railway station in 25 minutes without any stress. The bus stop is only a few minutes walk away. The easiest way to reach the Nuremberg exhibition center is by car in only 20 minutes.

From our centrally located accommodation, you can reach all the important places in no time. Gustavstraße - with its unique charm - is right in front of the door. The Rathaus U-Bahn station is a 3-minute walk away and you can also reach the countryside in 5 minutes. Parking is not included!!! The fully renovated apartment is located in the southern part of Nuremberg in a quiet area, approx. 15 minutes driving distance to convention center and 25 minutes to the center of Nuremberg. A bakery and supermarkets can be reached within walking distance. The apartment is suitable for business travellers, couples, singles and families (baby crib available).
