Living Sperlonga e' una bellissima casa con accesso diretto al mare, situata su una delle piu' belle spiaggie di Sperlonga. Siamo in via salette dove un accesso privato con un viale di circa 70 metri porta alla casa sul mare. La casa e' di 90 mq con ampio spazio esterno e giardino ed e' composta da: ampio salone, cucina, tre camere da letto e due bagni di cui uno esterno. Ci sono in dotazione anche lettini ed ombrelloni per godersi in pieno il mare di Sperlonga.

Small Studio apartment in "Piazzetta"

Bright and quaint little apartment overlooking “La Piazzetta” in the historic centre. It has a queen-size bed (140 cm x 190 cm) on a mezzanine, and it also has a small sofa bed (70 cm x 180 cm) next to the kitchen (which is well-equipped). Not suitable for people with reduced mobility or those of large build; the access staircase to the loft is not a standard staircase (see images). The windows are heat-absorbing. Climate control. Heating. Sheets not ironed ;)
