It is located 3 km (5 min by car) from the entrance to the 24-hour and BUGATTI circuits, in the countryside, and near the center of SPAY. Nice house in the quiet countryside, with a large flower garden, 3 km from the village of Parcé. Breakfast is included. It will be sweet and/or savory, served under the pergola if the weather is nice, otherwise in the dining room. Breakfast hours are completely flexible, I live on site. In a pretty Sarthe farmhouse, in the heart of a landscaped park, we offer a private room with a double bed. In the adjoining room, it is possible to accommodate up to two children in a bed (to be specified when booking, €10 per person). In addition to a bathroom and toilet reserved for guests, you can enjoy the different spaces of the house (living room, kitchen...) and the garden. Breakfast is included.
