Enjoy a unique stay in a 1,500 m² space designed for your comfort and leisure. The house is complete and equipped, with a heated pool (common area), a jacuzzi with hydromassage, a pool table/ping-pong table, and direct access to the lagoon. We also offer stand-up paddleboarding, kayaking and other options to enjoy nature. Located just 2 km from Praia do Rosa, the property is close to beautiful beaches such as Ouvidor, Barra de Ibiraquera and Praia do Luz, in a region of enchanting landscapes.

Property in a condominium, with two units, each with its own individual pool, and on different floors. Full kitchen, complimentary 350 M Wi-Fi, 45” smart TV. Suveiros with external boiler heating. Space with BBQ area. Easy access to the beach in front of the house - 50 meters. Swimming pool without protection/barrier. Children under 6 years of age must be supervised by a responsible adult in this space. We accept small pets for a fee of R$150.00, for up to 2 pets and 4 beach chairs.

From summer to summer... from December to March, with its high season. April to May, with the famous "Indian summer." May and June, the traditional artisanal mullet fishing. From July to November, the whales visit. "Where you can see from inside the house"!! House on the second floor, access by ramp! Covered garage for two cars.
