The bed is a very pricey plush Sealy King that makes for maximum deep sleep after enjoying a days worth of wine and food. Our home is very large for downtown and is permitted through the City of Napa with all of the additional safety precautions that a hotel must undergo. We (John & Brad) look forward to hosting you!

Beach Bungalow This is an ocean themed space that is very cheerful and fun! It has a bedroom (queen bed). There is a separate sitting area with a futon sofa, side chair and a flat screen Smart TV. There is also a picture window that is 6'6"x5' so you can view the beautiful oak trees and deck area.There is a full bath with a tub/shower combo. The Beach Bungalow has quick access to the pool, hot tub by reservation only, and sandy beach. It is on the ground floor of a tri-Level building.

The Cottage is our most popular room featuring a fully equipped kitchen. The room features a small living area with a gas fireplace for those cozy winter nights. Air conditioning is provided for your comfort in the summer. A gated patio is available for this dog-friendly room. We do require a $50 cleaning fee per visit when you bring your fur baby. Cable TV and free wifi, truly make this your home away from home. Surrounded by beautiful pasture and mountain views.

The roomy, pet-friendly suite with a private bath and kitchen in the Tower District accommodates 1 to 2 guests with a queen-size bed. Our studio cabin features a queen size bed, custom made cabinetry, closet, mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker, and a breakfast nook by the window and a shower/bathtub combo. No A/C & a wall heater for the winter. This cabin is approx. 250 sq ft and shares walls. Max two guests. Please include children in the total number of guests. This cabin is located on the ground floor with three stairs. No pets allowed in this room, no extra guests, non-smoking property.

EDELWEISS LODGE ONE BEDROOM DELUXE- SLEEPS 4

This is a great “couples cabin” located on the second floor with a cute balcony to enjoy the mountain views and your morning coffee. This cabin is full of charm with knotty pine walls and exposed beams. The living room is open to the kitchen and a dining table. Traditional Queen - Hotel Charlotte

Our Traditional Queen rooms are cozy and charismatic. Each room has a queen bed and private bathroom. Hotel Charlotte is a historic hotel, and these historic rooms are quaint with limited storage, but they have great character and are a wonderful place to lay down your head after a long day exploring Yosemite! Rooms 6, 9, and 10 are located upstairs and have a clawfoot tub with a shower. Room 11 is located upstairs with a walk-in shower.
