It is ideally suited for singles or couples, for a short vacation or people who need the proximity to the UKSH. A baby crib and highchair are provided. The apartment (57 m²) is very centrally located. It is fully furnished and can accommodate 2 people + children. We only rent to non-smokers. No pets. Please only mention children in the chat, as we do not want to charge extra for families. UKSH is about 15 minutes' walk. CAU is about a 20-minute walk, Opera house is about 19 minutes' walk, Art Academy - 2 minutes' walk, Train station and ferries approx. 15 min. walk, Highway entrance about 5 minutes by car. Wi-Fi. The apartment was completely renovated in January 2025 and modernly furnished. A beautiful park, the city center, the university, shopping, restaurants & cafes, as well as the KIEL WEEK are within walking distance. There is free parking if there is something free in the street or a paid parking space €12/day next door.

Genießt diese schöne geräumige Altbauwohnung, sie liegt sehr zentral, 10 Minuten Fußweg zum Wasser, 5 Minuten Fußweg zur schönen Flaniermeile Holtenauer Straße mit ihren zahlreichen Inhaber betriebenen Läden! Die Wohnung hat eine Terrasse mit Sonne am Nachmittag, ein Badezimmer mit Dusche und ein Gäste-WC, eine kleine aber sehr schöne Designer-Küche! Die Wohnung liegt Hochparterre und hat somit leider ein paar Stufen und ist damit nicht ganz barrierefrei!

It is only a 10-minute walk to the water (Kiel Fjord/Kiellinie), a supermarket (Rewe) is around the corner, parking and a bus stop are right in front of the house. With a smart TV (Netflix, Amazon and co.)PlayStation 4, fully equipped kitchen and cozy ambiance, you are in good hands even in bad weather. A sofa bed will be delivered in the next few days.

Cozy little basement studio with private access. The apartment is located in a quiet bicycle street. Shops and restaurants are within walking distance. You can easily take the bus to the city center (10-15 minutes). The nearest beach (Falkensteiner beach) is about 15 minutes away by car. It can also be easily reached by bus. The Kiel Inner Fjord is a 20-25 minute walk away.

We offer our 30 sqm apartment in downtown Kiel. The quiet apartment building is located on a small residential street. The attached pictures hopefully give a good impression of the atmosphere of the rooms. We constantly strive to keep the apartment nice and modern. Fully equipped kitchen, Internet and TV are available! A washing machine is in the basement.
