This is the wing of our house in the heart of the village of Plouër-sur-Rance. Plouër-sur-Rance is a commune in the Côtes d'Armor department, ideally located between Saint-Malo and Dinan. You can also visit Dinard, Mont Saint-Michel, Cancale, Cap Fréhel, Fort-la-Latte, Saint-Briac, Saint-Lunaire, Lancieux, and Saint-Cast. Plouër is located on the banks of the Rance River with a beach and a port. Plouër is a great place to live, with its friendly Sunday morning market at the foot of the church.

Seul village côtier non traversé par une RN donc très calme. Grève et chars à voile à 50m. Draps fournis, serviettes et torchons sur demande.

Idéalement situé entre Dinan, Dinard et St Malo pour une escapade romantique sur la Côte d’Émeraude. Jardin partagé avec Nuts, notre berger australien.

Our gîte consists of 3 fully independent accommodations, designed to preserve calm, privacy and comfort. The accommodation "LE NACRE" corresponds to the house located on the left in the photos. Each unit can be rented separately or together. A wellness area, located separately, is offered as an option and by reservation: jacuzzi, sauna and hammam.

Come and spend your holidays in our little paradise, 50 m from one of the most beautiful beaches in Saint-Malo, surrounded by nature, in the middle of an orchard. The location is ideal and the setting is enchanting. The house, designed by an architect, is elegantly furnished, and is entirely facing the garden. The beautiful beach of Le Havre du Lupin, very popular, is a short walk away as well as the hiking trails of the GR 34. Access to Intra-Muros is easy.

Pause A l'Escale – Dinard-St Lunaire with Sauna

Treat yourself to a relaxing break between Saint-Malo and Dinard, just 30 km from Cap Fréhel. Come and enjoy the marine landscapes and their benefits in a house designed for rest and well-being. A sauna is accessible all year round and a private heated swimming pool, equipped with a telescopic cover, is available from April to September. IMPORTANT: Parties, gatherings or the presence of people outside the reservation are strictly prohibited and controlled.

Ideally located in Plélan le Petit, 10 minutes from Dinan, come and discover this charming little gîte, ideal for a pleasant romantic stay It has a living room with kitchenette, upstairs, a bedroom with a 160 cm bed and a bathroom with a large shower. 100 m from the cottage you will have access to the heated pool area all year round, with Jacuzzi and sauna (common area with our 2 other rentals), freely accessible from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m.
