My place is a wooden house built by local carpenters with local timber. We use 100% renewable energy and even the waste is off grid. Situated in our 2 acre garden in a residential neighbourhood, opposite the pine forest. You can walk to the village for boulangerie and restaurants. We are 15 min from the Atlantic beaches of Contis. Located in a residential area at the exit of our quiet and safe city, you will be away from noisy roads and you will have a view of the forest. Our house is suitable for travelers who want to discover the region as a couple or family. It also welcomes business travelers.

30 m2 cottage with large terrace (30 m2) in a quiet area by the forest on a plot of 740 m2, shared with another cottage. 700 m from the lake of Cazaux-Sanguinet and 7 km from the ocean and downtown Biscarrosse. 20 km from the Dune du Pyla (highest sand dune in Europe) and 30 km from Arcachon. Due to the forest location, mobile network and Internet connection are not so good but get much better closer to the lake, 700 m away.
