Alt efter tidspunkt og trafik kan du være i Aarhus C på 15 min, og du kommer på motorvej 5 min herfra. Der er mellem 2-3 km til diverse indkøb, bus og tog.

Huset er beliggende i den økologiske andelsforening Friland med ca 100 beboere. Her er mulighed for dejlige gåture både på Friland og i lokalmiljøet, hvor der i Feldballe by ligger en Købmandsgård med både bageri, dagligvarebutik og en vin- og whiskybutik. Cyklerne må gerne bruges.

About 400 meter down from the main house you find a cosy and minimalistic summer cottage, built in 1950 located just 50 meter from the sea. All the way in-between the two houses you have forest and nature all around you! A perfect place for those seeking peace and quiet immerse yourself in nature's grand playground.

Next to the Øer Maritime Harbour, kayaks are available to rent, right next to a lovely ice-cream stand; kite-surfing is also a popular local activity. A grocery shop is nearby, accessible by both foot & car - that same building offers a variety of activities. The nearby town of Ebeltoft is also a must, with its 15th & 16th century buildings and small boutique shops.
