This cozy, open-concept space features a queen Murphy bed, full bath with walk-in shower, organic bedding, free WiFi, premium coffee, and local artwork by Ben Joyce. Kitchenette includes a mini fridge, microwave, toaster, and coffee maker. Note: This unit is located above a brewery, so minimal noise may be heard. Quiet hours are observed from 10 PM to 7 AM.

Enjoy this one-of-a-kind experience situated in the pine trees located just outside of Spokane. Featuring a cozy 400 square foot living space, with books, games, and a gas fireplace as well as a kitchenette with everything you need to make a meal for two. The bedroom has a king-sized bed and a 10-foot accordion door that opens completely to the deck outside with a hot tub waiting for you. Please note: While it is private, the treehouse is on a property with two other occupied structures.

Covered parking, no frost on windows. Ten minutes from downtown. Private entrance and private patio. King size comfortable bed. Great shower, No smokers, no partying; we ask for very quiet after 10:30 (but late arrivals are fine!). Please no romantic rendezvouz. (but we're happy if you have sex that's not too noisy. :)
