El apartamento está situado en la planta baja. Nuestro acogedor apartamento se encuentra en la planta baja del edificio y puede hospedar cómodamente hasta 3 personas 🏠. A 1 minuto andando de la playa. Con 45 m², dispone de un dormitorio, baño completo y cocina integrada con salón comedor, todo en un mismo ambiente. El dormitorio cuenta con una cama doble de 135 x 190 cm con colchón nuevo para un descanso óptimo 🛏️ y también un sillón cama de 175 x 80 cm para que pueda dormir una tercera persona. El apartamento tiene muy buena ventilación y aire acondicionado frío/calor. La habitación recibe mucha luz natural, creando un ambiente acogedor 🌿✨. La cocina está totalmente equipada con vitrocerámica, horno, microondas, nevera/congelador, cafetera y hervidor eléctrico 🍳☕. Incluye condimentos básicos y detergente para la ropa, evitando gastos innecesarios. Hay una mesa para 2 personas con sillas, perfecta para comidas en pareja 🍽️. We completely renovated it in 2019 to enjoy it ourselves and share it with you when my wife and I cannot go. So you will find all the comforts of home, such as dishwasher, food processor, etc. There is also a pool belonging to the building and a (slightly challanging) underground garage.
