The EyerHof - the special vacation home in the Palatinate

The EyerHof - owned by the Eyer family for three generations - is a farmhouse over 120 years old that was completely renovated from 2019 - 2022 and now combines the special charm of a farmhouse with modern industrial style. Next to the terrace, courtyard and garden there is a barbecue station with a large new Rösle gas grill & the barn which can be used as a cozy lounge. The interior of the house combines timber-framed construction with modern iron, wood, sandstone, clay walls and old with new 🖤

Individual guest house on Gut Neuwerk

Das individuelle Gästehaus liegt am Ende des 6ha großen Anwesens. Ein ehemaliger Stall ist heute ein mit viel Sorgfalt und Liebe zum Detail umgestaltetes Refugium für 4 Personen. Im EG befindet sich die Küche mit Essbereich und Kamin, ein Schlafzimmer und ein großes Badezimmer mit freistehender Badewanne. Das 1. OG besteht aus einem loftartigen Studio mit großer Fensterfront, in dem ein weiteres Doppelbett steht. Dort gibt es außerdem einen weiteren Kamin, einen Flügel und eine große Eckcouch.

I Ideal für Familientreffen, Freundetreffen, als Wanderbasis oder einfach zum zusammen kochen und klönen, gemeinsam tafeln. Das Haus ist liebevoll ausgestattet. Das ruhige, lichtdurchflutete und recht unkonventionelle Einraum-Studio oberhalb von Waldbreitbach gelegen auf dem Klosterberg, lädt mit großem Südbalkon, je nach Jahreszeit von Rosen und Wein umrankt, zum Blick in die Ferne und zum Genießen ein. Über zwei Etagen mit eigenem Duschbad und eigener Küche ist das ca. 28 qm große Studio Teil einer ehemaligen Scheune. Separater Zugang über Treppe.Wanderwege und Kliniken in unmittelbarer Nähe. The three vacation homes on his farm for up to 28 guests are centrally located and offer all the amenities of urban life thanks to the great transport links, shopping & cafés. Because of the quiet location, the huge garden and the Mediterranean courtyard, you feel like you are in the middle of nature at the same time - "country idyll in the city". The "Brunnenhaus" can accommodate up to 10 guests - even JGA!

We welcome you to our farm and offer you a break in an exceptional loft. Enjoy the wonderful Maifeld directly at Eltz Castle. In less than 30 minutes, you can be at the Nürburgring, the Deutsches Eck in Koblenz or the Reichsburg in Cochem. Visit the wine-growing villages of Treis-Karden or Winningen on the Moselle and hike on the Traumpfaden and the Moselsteig. Start excursions to the World Heritage Site Middle Rhine Valley, Trier, Cologne, Bonn and Frankfurt.

Torhaus in Kemel

The open studio apartment in the gatehouse is part of an extended courtyard from the 17th century. century. Old woods and exposed half-timbering are surrounded by rose bushes and a beautiful garden. When furnishing, we placed great emphasis on sustainability. Existing things were rebuilt and reworked. Most of the lights, textiles and pictures come from our studio. This gives the open architecture its special style as well as its friendly and unique character.

In the stable – side by side with chickens and horses

'IM HORSE STABLE' is on the ground floor of the barn of the mill estate. It used to be a stable. (Take a look at my other apartment 'barn loft' too). The room has low ceilings and small rung windows. The space is suitable for people looking for a more cave-like, cozy retreat. Due to the oven and the cold floor, the apartment is not suitable for infants. In the cold season, it may be necessary to heat up with the stove. See below.

Beautiful apartment in old barn

Wunderschöne ausgebaute Ferienwohnung (ehemaliger Heuboden) über 2 Etagen mit 104qm in einer alten Scheune. Die Wohnung ist über eine Außentreppe ganz separat zu erreichen. Das Wohnzimmer hat zwei große Dachflächenfenster, dadurch ist der Raum Lichtdurchflutet. Der wunderschöne Garten und Pool kann mitbenutzt werden. Der Garten liegt hinter der Scheune. Die Ferienwohnung hat einen eigenen Parkplatz direkt am Eingang.

Scheunenidylle

Mein Haus befindet sich am südlichen Ortsrand von Ulmen, ist sehr zentral gelegen in der Weidenstraße 7A – unweit vom Ulmener Maar und der Burgruine. Vor einigen Jahren befand sich in diesem Anwesen noch eine alte Scheune, die meine Brüder liebevoll zu einem charaktervollen und urigen Landhaus umgebaut haben. Auf der gemütlichen Holzterasse können sie den Tag ausklingen lassen und die Idylle des Abends genießen.
