Very quiet apartment above the owner's.

The apartment is located in a very quiet area, we live in the RC. The apartment is not suitable for people with reduced mobility or those who are claustrophobic. It is served by a private elevator for people with minor disabilities, which is also used by other able-bodied people. There is an emergency exit via an interior staircase. Access from the basement allows complete independence. The entrances, exterior gate, main gate and garage door are operated with a badge. Small pets are accepted upon request.

This peaceful accommodation offers a relaxing stay for the whole family. It has 2 bedrooms, a 36-square-meter living room/kitchen and a bathroom with shower. It has a 10 m x 4 m swimming pool (heated from April 15 to the end of September) and a Jacuzzi (heated all year round). It is located on a 5000 m² plot of land. We are 4 km from the exhibition park and 4.2 km from Ker Lann, 4.5 km from the airport and 9 km from the center of Rennes. Rennes-Lorient expressway 2 km away. 3 Golf courses about 5 km away.
