The attic with sea view (35 m2) is an ideal space to accommodate 2-3 people. Located on the third and top floor (without a lift) of a modern building, it is equipped with large sliding windows and a large furnished terrace (30 m2) with table and chairs. The accommodation is perfect for a couple's holiday and enjoys a panoramic view of the entire gulf of Marina di Ragusa. There is a double bedroom, bathroom with shower and open space living room-kitchen complete with sofa bed.

Tancredi's home is located on the sand, 150 m from the sea, in front of the house only pine trees and dunes. It is very isolated.The property is 2300 square meters and extends to the sea. Access to the beach is direct and private. The bedsea is low for many meters and very hot. It is a place full of perfumes, of magic, of suggestion. 27 km from the Baroque of Noto, 13 km from the seaside village of Marzamemi, 14 km from Portopalo di Capo Passero.

The double bedroom has a lovely balcony overlooking the main street, ideal for a glass of wine at the end of a long day of vacation. The kitchen allows you to eat at home comfortably, a pleasant sea breeze enters from the window that opens onto the ronco. All the must-see places in Ortigia are within walking distance, as is Calarossa beach
