A comfortable space, tastefully renovated and very well equipped (Internet fiber 500Mb, air conditioning, 160cm bed, ...) in which to enjoy its terrace and its huge pool, which includes a children's area. Beautiful place, ideal to rest and a step away from restaurants of national and international food.

Beautiful and cozy villa with pool and ocean views very close to the beach. The house is distributed in 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Air conditioning throughout the house. The master suite has a separate entrance and two terraces overlooking the ocean. It has a nice pool area as well as several chill-out areas where you can rest depending on the time of day and the shade. It is very close to the beautiful Punta Prima beach, which can be reached on foot in five minutes.

Villa Linda has been my family's summer house for more than 50 years. The villa was completely renovated in 2017, with great care and attention to detail. The 250m² house is located in a spacious 1000m² garden with a fantastic private pool and an outdoor pergola with a barbecue. All details have been taken care of: a great living room-kitchen of 70m², with all amenities, 5 double and spacious bedrooms (two of them with en-suite bathrooms), and even a private garage.

The house consists of 3 double bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, only one of the bedrooms is a suite.

The brand new Casa Milos annex, which we prefer to reserve for adult guests, is located within the garden of our property, which is a few meters from the sea, along the south coast of the island. The sea view, with the island of Aire and its lighthouse in front of us, and the tranquility are what most characterize this peaceful place. The large windows in every room give light to the entire house, allowing you to enjoy the beautiful sea view.

It is a pleasure to offer you this traditional, old country house in a rural setting. Sa Tanca has been remodeled and is perfectly conditioned to enjoy both inside and outside with its pool, barbecue, terraces, shaded areas and excellent views, where you can enjoy spectacular sunsets. With the pellet fireplace and heated bathroom, they ensure a warm environment so you can enjoy the house in winter as well. It has 2,300m2 of private land.

Los Olivos is a vacation home on the edge of a quiet and local cove. You can cross the street to swim in the crystal clear waters or take a paddle or kayak tour left graciously at your disposal. The house has been carefully decorated to make you feel good right away, the bedding chosen for a restful rest. All exteriors have sea views and many places have been arranged in the shade or in the sun for a restful idleness.

The apartment is located just a 5-10 minute walk to Cala Tirant beach.

Home has three air conditioned bedrooms, three bathrooms (two ensuite) and all amenities including a fully equipped kitchen, smart TV, Wi-Fi, private garden, pool, and barbecue. Three minute walk to the sea. There is a Balearic Sustainable Tourism (Ecotax) of €2 per person per day. This will be collected after checking in
