It has 2 smart TVs, one with basic DirecTV, two air conditioners, and turbo fans. It has a wooden perimeter fence, an alarm, and sensors. It has two full bathrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed, and the mattresses are very good. There is an extra cost for towels, sheets and cleaning. There is a pellet stove for the winter.

The Creole stove is equipped with everything you need to roast. There is a terrace overlooking the ocean and a deck with a pergola.
