It has Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a new bathroom, a water heater, a fully equipped kitchen, a 50" smart TV, a washing machine and a heater. Pets allowed. Parking on the side of the road. No smoking or parties. Please keep the place tidy and clean. No casinos after 11:00 p.m.

Accommodation in the small ancient village of Gragnanella, a 10-minute drive from the historic center of Castelnuovo. Surrounded by nature in the "Heart" of Garfagnana. Where everything seems to stop. The house is on three floors: kitchen with microwave, induction stove and fridge. Upstairs, 1 double bedroom and 1 bedroom with two single beds, with the possibility on request to transform them into a double bed. 1 bathroom. In the basement, there is a small living room with a sofa and TV.

“La dimora del Codirosso” is my historic family home in which I rent a part to those who travel or seek rest, rediscovering the atmosphere of the past. The house is hidden in a small medieval village in the Norther Tuscany, Brucciano, among the tranquility of the woods and mountains of Garfagnana's area. Sometimes, on request, I’ll be happy to prepare for you a delicious Italian breakfast but, remember, these service are not included in the price and not available on Sunday.
