The property consists of two apartments, “Il Leccio” and “Il Gelsomino,” on a lovingly maintained 3.5-hectare (8.6-acre) estate where you can stroll and unwind at sunset, lulled only by the sounds of nature, in a peaceful and intimate setting. At the heart of the estate is a natural lake with animals and a swimming pool with a breathtaking view. Here, time slows down, and dreams breathe.

Villa Le Cicale is a modern residence located in the hamlet of Montecatini Val di Cecina on the outskirts of Volterra. The villa has been designed on the ground floor to offer a stay with comfort and outdoor fun and indoor entirely equipped with air conditioning; In the annex located in front of the main building is the wellness area. We do tastings in the cellar with visits of the vineyards and the ancient barrique.
