Located just 2 km from Praia do Rosa, the property is close to beautiful beaches such as Ouvidor, Barra de Ibiraquera and Praia do Luz, in a region of enchanting landscapes.

Property in a condominium, with two units, each with its own individual pool, and on different floors. Full kitchen, complimentary 350 M Wi-Fi, 45” smart TV. Suveiros with external boiler heating. Space with BBQ area. Easy access to the beach in front of the house - 50 meters. Swimming pool without protection/barrier. Children under 6 years of age must be supervised by a responsible adult in this space. We accept small pets for a fee of R$150.00, for up to 2 pets and 4 beach chairs.
