The perfect place to enjoy the Côte de Jade with beach, sea and Sentier des Douaniers nearby! T2 apartment of about 52 m² on the 1st floor of an annex, with entrance on the ground floor, access to the 1st floor by an internal staircase.

In the popular district of Gourmalon, close to the train station and the port, a supermarket and other shops, 100 m from the Thalasso (partner rates for my guests😁), the Source beach and the magnificent Chemin des Douaniers. Ideal place to relax in peace but close to everything!

This house faces the sea and the beach with magnificent views. Ideal for weekends with friends or family but also for a week's vacation. It has all the comforts and also a beautiful soul.
