Beach cottage 30min from Tampere #Kutalan Helmi#

A spacious log cabin by the lake, completed in 2000, about 30 minutes from Tampere! Location in the sympathetic village of Kutala on the shore of fishy Kulovesi in a sheltered bay. A landscape house has been built for the cottage in the autumn of 2025. The outdoor lighting has also been renewed and now you have Philips Hue lighting, which gives you bright white or alternatively seasonal lighting for the entire outdoor area. In addition, all the kitchen appliances in the cottage have been replaced (including an induction stove and a convection oven).

Lakeside house 30 minutes from Tampere

A house on the shore of Lake Mahnalanselkä, which is full of fish. A peaceful, rural location, yet with good transport connections in many directions. A garden plot where the sun shines almost all day. You can admire the sunset from the lake thanks to the rowboat, two kayaks and two paddleboards at your disposal. The beach, which is shallow for a long stretch and has a soft bottom, faces west. The wood-fired sauna offers a good steam. Use of the outdoor hot tub must be arranged separately. Fully equipped kitchen.

Villa Mylly in Näsijärvi

At Villa Mylly you will stay in a peaceful and stylish environment. Completed in 2024, the villa is located in the Paarlahti of Näsijärvi, just a 30-minute drive from the center of Tampere. You can also get to the destination by bus. The villa has all the modern day amenities such as an indoor toilet and shower. Accommodates 4 adults and 1 child. The beach sauna is available for an additional fee (25€). The hot tub (which is also available for an additional fee of €25) is available during the summer (1.5-30.9).

The house is next to the train station and the reservation also includes a free garage space, so you can easily get to the apartment by any means of transport. The lake and the adjacent rapids area are popular with fishermen. The Birgitta trail hiking trail and the Lempäälä canoeing trail run alongside. 2 km to the cross-country ski trails. 1.2 km to the train station, from which you can go to Tampere (12 min) and Helsinki (1h20min). Ideapark shopping center 7km.

Welcome to our private cottage to enjoy your stay! Our small (37 m2) but comfortable cottage includes small kitchen with all amenities included (airfryer, no oven), big traditional finnish sauna, bathroom and tiny toilet. A/C (movable device, on request) makes your stay pleasant also in summer and the cottage is heated year around. For sleeping there is one queen bed (160 cm). Baby bed and one mattress 80x200cm available if needed. For safety reasons the hosts will warm up the sauna for you.

In the summer, there is a swimming spot about 300 m away, so you can easily go for a morning swim. There is plenty to do all year round!
