Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Close to I-75 and Suncoast Parkway in Pasco County. Located north of Land O Lakes, Florida, in Pasco Trails, a gated community of acreage and horses. Outlet mall, many eating establishments and sports complexes within half-hour drive. We have had to institute a policy of "no smoking. To be clear, we are retired couple who live in the main house. The apartment is attached but has its own entrance and is self contained.

A cozy private apartment ideal for 2 people, designed with comfort and details for an excellent stay. It has a bedroom with a queen-size bed, a full bathroom, a living room, a dining room, and a kitchen equipped with dishes, a coffee maker, a stove, a microwave, and a refrigerator. It includes Wi-Fi, Roku TV, hot water, air conditioning, ceiling fan, iron, hair dryer, towels, and toiletries. A comfortable, clean, and functional space where you can feel at home.

We are not a business (nor are we owned by a business) therefore we do not conduct our hospitality like a business, but rather as hosts looking to meet and make new friends! We do all our own cleaning and set-up in the guesthouse so that we know it is done the way we would do it for our own family.

Also nearby beaches like Clearwater and St. Petersburg with delicious restaurants and shops all at your access.

Relax on the river at Palm Hideaway-a luxury escape to the Gateway of Tropical Florida. Our cozy guest cottage is nestled amid lush greenery on the Pithlachascotee "Cotee" River in New Port Richey. Sleep in the king size bed & have coffee or tea on your Tiki patio rain or shine. Guests have shared access to the river from the park-like backyard & can enjoy the fire pit or paddle the kayaks.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. One bedroom with queen bed and seperate twin bed in adjacent alcove space. There is also a fold down, full size sofa bed in the separate living room available to accommodate up to 4 adults. A pack-n-play is also available. The screened in, outdoor patio is a great place to relax and enjoy outdoor dining.
