The cottage has 2 bedrooms of 15 m², a large, fully equipped living room/kitchen, and a veranda. You will also enjoy a pleasant south-facing exterior with a shaded terrace, a green space, children's games, and parking spaces.

The 75 m² Autane gîte of "Le balcon du Champsaur" is part of our old farm located in the hamlet of Les Richards overlooking the lively village of Pont du Fossé with its shops and services. Its dominant location allows it a unique view of the Champsaur Valley, the start of hikes at the gates of the Parc des Écrins, paragliding and a nearby climbing site. In winter, it is also a spot appreciated by cross-country skiers or snowshoe enthusiasts.

Ideal for fans of skiing or hiking in the heart of Oisans. This small restored house in a small quiet hamlet, at an altitude of 1050 m and with magnificent views of the Meije, will transport you to the warm world of the mountains. Ideal base camp for riders, with the possibility of walking and proximity by car (essential) to 3 major ski resorts: Les 2 Alpes (20 min), Alpe d'Huez, La Grave and Les Valons de la Meije. Small wooden chalet in the mountains

Everything is there, but you have to go: Warning access: Narrow 4 km mountain dirt road accessible with a rugged vehicle (highly recommended). We do not recommend climbing in new and/or low-body vehicles. Altitude 1650 meters. From the beginning of December to the end of March, due to snow, the climb is only done by hiking, about 45 minutes. Four golf holes (pitch and putt), clubs and balls are at your disposal.
